Adhoc Support
For customers who wish to obtain support on a per use basis, support is provided at $99 inc GST per hour. increments.
A block of 10 hours can be purchased for $990 inc GST and is valid for up to 12 months from date of purchase.
Note: Support is charged in 30 minute increments
Training
Instructor led training is available for all software applications provided at a rate of $349 inc GST per person per course.
Each course runs for four hours and has a maximum of four people in attendance.
