In purchasing any Products or Services from ROARZ Computing you agree that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of the Refund Policy. Do not purchase any Products or Services if you do not accept these Terms.

Web Hosting

ROARZ Computing offers a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied within the first 30 days of hosting with us please email us for a complete refund. Hosting accounts cancelled after this period will not be refunded.

Domain names and security certificates

Purchase of domain names and security certificates are non-refundable.

Implementation Fees

Deposits for Website setup and associated products and services are non-refundable. Final Payments will be refunded only if you are able to clearly and objectively prove that the Implementation delivered by ROARZ Computing does not suit the use for which it was intended, as communicated in writing by you.

Service Plan

Cancellation of any of the Service Plans must be done in writing with 30 days notice.

Training

In the event that you cannot attend a course or a confirmed training session, a full refund will be given when cancellation is notified more than 48 hours prior to the training date. Otherwise a refund, less an administration charge of $50, will be given. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of notification of cancellation.

Provision of Adhoc training and Support services are non-refundable.

If you are not happy with any of our services, please contact ROARZ Computing in writing, and we will endeavour to provide you with a satisfactory outcome.
