We see a future that consists of a global trading community underpinned by an Internet enabled common business transaction framework that reduces the cost of doing business and simplifies the process of getting products into the hands of consumers. We have a particular focus on ensuring that small businesses can participate seamlessly in this future by reducing the barriers to adopting new technology, providing products and services that make it realistic to stay up-to-date, and delivering better information to those who run small businesses.
