Service and Support Rates

For customers who wish to obtain support on a per use basis, service and support is provided at $99 inc GST per hour.

Service and support can be pre-purchased for $99 inc GST per hours and is valid for up to 12 months from date of purchase.

Note: Support is billed in 15 minute increments
